each session comprising;
• personalised creative reflection piece
• grounding rituals
• closing integration session

Pacing

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or gently paused depending on your nervous system and life rhythm.

Pause Window

If you pause the program, remaining sessions must be used within 3 months of your last session.

Pay Per Session

$165 per 60 minute session (paid up front – on the day of the session)
Ideal for flexible pacing or trying a session before committing.

6 Session Program

$900 total (paid upfront – prior to the first session)
A discounted rate for clients choosing the structured Lost & Found Journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 Hour Cancellation Window

To honour the therapeutic space and ensure availability for all clients:

More than 48 hours’ notice
No fee applies. You’re welcome to reschedule.

Within 48 hours
A full session fee applies ($150-$165).
This includes missed appointments or late arrivals where the session cannot proceed.
This boundary supports fairness, stability, and the effort involved in preparing for the session.
